Policies & Appointment Info
- 15-Minute Grace Period:
You're welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes late. After that, your appointment will be canceled with no rescheduling fee—just book again when you're ready.
- Come as You Are:
Bring a book, laptop, sketchpad, or snacks—whatever helps you feel cozy and relaxed during your service. You can chat, decompress, or take a quiet moment for yourself. This is a judgment-free, healing space.
- Children’s Appointments:
Please ensure your child arrives with clean, detangled hair (unless you've added a wash to your service). Feel free to bring toys, tablets, or snacks to help keep them comfy.
- Clean Hair Only Policy:
Washing is not included unless added as an add-on. If hair is not clean upon arrival and no wash was selected, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- Reschedules:
You may reschedule once with 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments require a new booking and deposit.
