At Irexe Art, we are dedicated to delivering your cherished artworks with care and precision. Our shipping policy is designed to provide transparency and ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers. Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping procedures.

Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Processing Time:

    • All orders will undergo processing within 2 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping Time:

    • Standard shipping times for in-stock items typically range from 7 to 14 business days. Please note that this estimate excludes weekends and holidays.

    • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

 

Pre-Orders:

  • Processing Time for Pre-Orders:

    • Items available for pre-order will have a specified processing time mentioned in the product description. This processing time is the duration it takes to prepare the item for shipment.

  • Shipping Time for Pre-Orders:

    • Pre-orders may have longer shipping times, and the estimated dispatch date will be communicated to customers during the pre-order process.

    • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the pre-ordered item has been shipped.

 

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Irexe Art primarily uses standard shipping methods to deliver orders.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee, and customers can select this option during the checkout process.

 

Shipping Costs:

    • Standard shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Expedited shipping costs, if applicable, will be provided during the checkout process.

 

International Shipping:

  • International Orders:

    • Irexe Art ships internationally, and shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination and package weight.

  • Customs and Duties:

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their international orders.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking Information:

    • Customers will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. This allows customers to monitor the delivery status of their package.

 

Shipping Information:

  • Please  provide complete and accurate shipping information during the checkout process. This includes, but is not limited to, the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delivery delays, misplaced packages, or returns.

  • Customers who realize they have provided incorrect shipping information or need to update their details after placing an order should contact our customer service team immediately. Irexe Art  will make reasonable efforts to update the information before the order is shipped.

  • In the event that any item(s) are returned, we kindly request that you notify Irexe Art within a 30-day timeframe to facilitate the process of reshipment to the correct address. To reship the order, the customer will be required to repay the shipping fees associated with the return and the cost of reshipping.
