Cancellation Policy
Braiding Services Policies & Appointment Info 1. 15-Minute Grace Period You’re welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. No rescheduling fee applies—simply book again when you’re ready. 2. Come as You Are This is your time to relax and recharge. Bring a book, laptop, sketchpad, or snacks—whatever makes you feel comfortable. You can chat, decompress, or enjoy a quiet moment for yourself. This is a judgment-free, healing space. 3. Reschedules & Missed Appointments You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or no-shows require a new booking and deposit. 4. Deposits & Payment - Individual Services: $30 deposit required to secure your appointment. - Event/Group Services: $100 deposit required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your total service cost. Full payment is due at the time of service. 5. Travel Policy Services are available within Portland and Vancouver city limits. I am also willing to travel 2–3 hours outside these areas for an additional travel fee. 6. Right to Refuse Service I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for all clients. However, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I am understanding and compassionate but maintain clear boundaries to protect my space and well-being. Event/Group Services Policies - A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event booking. - Travel beyond city limits may require additional fees. - Changes or reschedules must be made at least 7 days in advance. - Full payment is due the day of the event. - I provide a professional, friendly, and relaxing experience for all guests. I may refuse service if any behavior violates my safety or comfort boundaries.
